Frequently asked questions
What photo quality do I need for printing?
A photo from a recent phone (12 megapixels or more) prints very well up to 20×30. For a 40×60 or a 60×90, a camera photo or a very sharp phone photo is best. If a photo cannot be printed, we let you know and refund that print.
How long until I receive my prints?
Printing takes one to two working days. We email you when your order is ready, then delivery in Yaoundé takes 24 to 48 hours.
Can I print photos from a wedding covered by L21STUDIOS?
Yes, and it is the easiest option of all: the photos are already in high definition in your gallery.
Can I cancel after paying?
Prints are made from your own photos, so there is no right of withdrawal once printing has started. Before that, write to us and we will refund you.
